If you haven't heard Yann Tiersen yet it's either because you don't venture enough into film composers or you just didn't know it was Yann you were listening to. Amelie, perhaps one of the most enjoyable foreign (French) film I've seen, is half-made by the music composed by Yann Tiersen. His style is very recognizable and compliments pensive moods in which you may be staring out your window or sipping on a coffee by yourself watching the world go by.
