Manchester is home to yet another sweet musical artist who goes by the name of Mr. Scruff. This album comes out in 5 days so get your preorders on once you get the ear samplage on. It's been over a decade since his first studio release in 1997. The recording name "Mr. Scruff" comes from his preferred way to wear his facial hair and his loose drawing style (according to wikipedia which to some is reliable and to others not...). However he got his name the quality of his beats are still undisputable. Beat on.
