Genre: Indie Rock

Release Date: 2008-09-25
Label: IPLAY
Not very often that Portugal contributes musicians to the global music scene (at least not that I find because I'm sure there are plenty of quality musicians there) but here is X-Wife taking us back to the indie genre. They've definitely got the slightly off-accent with their English singing and somehow that always works out for foreigners or just about anybody who can work with an accent. The album as a whole is more indie and less rock because I find myself liking the music but never getting the itch to jump around like some rockin indie does. Still good tho. Ear it.

i want to see this indie jump around. haha.
saw this band on sxsw. they're very good.
Not only they are good but they are smart either! In order to promote the latest album they gave a concert that was broadcasted live by central musical. I've seen it over and over again.
