It took me a while but Fleet Foxes is up here now. Well-deserved but little-needed coverage of a band that many know very well by this point. It was between their LP and this EP and I selected this EP because I have a crush on the song Mykonos and it's wasn't released on their LP (well, an alternate version can be found on the deluxe edition of their LP but I prefer this rootsed out one). With over 4 million myspace plays you know it's good before you even hear it (a sufficient but not necessary condition if you want to be nitpicky). This is the second band I've checked up on that lists its music type as Zouk aka party music of creole descendence. Folk-style partay. Yay.

Just heard Mykonos and I can honestly say that it's AMAZING. One of the best songs I've heard in a while, I'm impressed.
