Tracklist:
01. Goldmine
02. Strangers
03. Pearls
04. Catapult
05. On The Run/California
06. Dirty Water
07. A Boy And His Harp
08. Rich Man's Tune
Genre: Soul Indie/Roots Pop
Website: Myspace |
Release Date: 2008-09-28
Label: The Union Line
By way of Local Native's gig schedule I discovered The Union Line. It is exactly as I've described it above but still so much more - where Local Natives bring a tribal aspect to their playfully percussive tunes The Union Line brings soul and roots to a pop indie mentality with a dash of blues for the win. This album comes in high recommendation and is an 8-track affordable monster deserving all the attention you give it. They play with Local Natives in April... that has got to be a show to see.
Note: track is in m4a format. Save it to your desktop and play it in iTunes
